🇮🇳 India Shines at JCI World Congress 2025 in Tunisia Indian Delegation Earns Global Recognition Across Multiple Categories

Tunis, Tunisia: JCI India marked an extraordinary presence at the JCI World Congress 2025, proudly showcasing the nation’s leadership strength and youth development excellence on the global stage. The 83-member delegation, led by National President Jc Ankur Jhunjhunwala, participated in various international forums, competitions, and collaborative events, earning appreciation from leaders across the world.

          India’s performance stood out in several key segments. The JCI India Football Team competed with remarkable energy and teamwork in the World Football Championship, earning admiration for their sportsmanship. In leadership development, India achieved a major milestone as an Indian participant was declared Best Mentee – Global Winner in the prestigious Mentor–Mentee Program, underscoring the country’s strong mentoring ecosystem.

        Adding to the honors, multiple Indian members and Local Organization Presidents were recognized as Global Star Members and Star LO Presidents for their significant contributions toward community development and organizational leadership. A proud moment for India came when National President Jc Ankur Jhunjhunwala was ranked among the Top 3 Outstanding National Presidents in the world, bringing global acknowledgment to the impact of JCI India’s initiatives.

         The achievements of JCI India at the 2025 World Congress reaffirm the nation’s rising prominence in the global JCI movement. The delegation returns to India with renewed inspiration to empower young leaders, strengthen international partnerships, and continue its mission of positive societal change.

ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ, ಜುಲೈ 2: ಅಜ್ಜಿ ಹತ್ಯೆ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ಆರೋಪಿಯನ್ನು ಬಂಧಿಸಲು ತೆರಳಿದ್ದ ವೇಳೆ ಪೊಲೀಸರ ಮೇಲೆ ಚಾಕುವಿನಿಂದ ಹಲ್ಲೆ ನಡೆಸಿ ಪರಾರಿಯಾಗಲು ಯತ್ನಿಸಿದ ಆರೋಪಿಗೆ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಗುಂಡು ಹಾರಿಸಿ ವಶಕ್ಕೆ ಪಡೆದ ಘಟನೆ ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದಿದೆ. ದೊಡ್ಡಪೇಟೆ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಯ ಗುನ್ನೆ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 236/2026ರಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತೀಯ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಸಂಹಿತೆ (BNS) ಕಲಂ 103(1) ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ದಾಖಲಾಗಿರುವ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ಆರೋಪಿ **ಕಿಶೋರ್ (26)**ನನ್ನು ಬಂಧಿಸಲು ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಇನ್ಸ್‌ಪೆಕ್ಟರ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ತುಂಗಾನಗರ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ವಾಜಪೇಯಿ ಬಡಾವಣೆಗೆ ತೆರಳಿದ್ದರು. ಈ ವೇಳೆ ಆರೋಪಿ ಕಿಶೋರ್‌ಗೆ ಶರಣಾಗುವಂತೆ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಆದರೆ ಆತ ತನ್ನ ಬಳಿಯಿದ್ದ ಚಾಕುವಿನಿಂದ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಗಣೇಶ್ (CPC-1070) ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಹಲ್ಲೆ ನಡೆಸಿ ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಯತ್ನಿಸಿದನೆಂದು ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ. ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯನ್ನು ನಿಯಂತ್ರಿಸಲು ಹಾಗೂ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಯ ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆಯ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ದೊಡ್ಡಪೇಟೆ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಇನ್ಸ್‌ಪೆಕ್ಟರ್ ಮೊದಲು ಒಂದು ಸುತ್ತು ಗುಂಡನ್ನು ಗಾಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾರಿಸಿ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಆದರೂ ಆರೋಪಿ ಶರಣಾಗದ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಸುತ್ತು ಗುಂಡನ್ನು ಆರೋಪಿಯ ಎಡ ಕಾಲಿಗೆ ಹಾರಿಸಿ ವಶಕ್ಕೆ ಪಡೆದರು. ಬಳಿಕ ಕಂಟ್ರೋಲ್ ರೂಮ್‌ಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಗಾಯಗೊಂಡ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಗಣೇಶ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಆರೋಪಿ ಕಿಶೋರ್ ಅವರನ್ನು ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ವ...
